Bio
Born in Italy, Enrico developed a passion for photography during his early teenage years. His academic pursuits and professional career have taken him across the globe, consistently accompanied by his camera.
In 2009, Enrico met French photographer Flore, who introduced him to the enduring allure of analog photography. Under her mentorship, Enrico began cultivating his unique photographic style.
Today, Enrico predominantly works with analog mediums, often producing hand-printed pieces. He has a particular affinity for black and white photography, Polaroid formats, and cross-processing techniques.
Following several years in Hong Kong, Enrico returned to Europe and currently resides and works in Switzerland.
Statement
Capturing the passage of time lies at the heart of photography. In my work, I strive to infuse a timeless quality; by detaching the image from a specific moment, it becomes universal, resonating with everyone.
While human figures are seldom present, nature plays a pivotal role in my compositions. Nonetheless, the human element is subtly implied, often through everyday objects that hint at human presence.
